We Create Office to Office VPN (Virtual Private Networks)Tunnels for Local Clients with more than one Bay Area Office that would like to connect them together to share the same server for databases, scheduling, and shared files.(One of our Clients has 11 offices connected in this manner).  We also do this on an International Level where Offices here and overseas can share the same internal acces to emails and shared files and have full internal access to Remote Network resources.  

Remote Access is available to you by Utilizing Specific Firewall Routers with a high level protection encryption key software. This interface allows you to Telecommute, giving you Remote access to your internal Office network, or with a Laptop on the run, you can securely connect through the internet to your Office, remotely access the needed files and Microsoft Exchange Server for your emails and Public folders. This eliminates having to use the limited email features of the Web Client for Exchange. VPN Remote access can also be an effective tool for Remote Maintenance and monitoring of your Servers. This can preempt a network problem or quickly resolve small issues without requiring a technician visit many times, saving time, money, and minimizing downtime! 

We have a number of clients who use VPN Client Software to access their Office Networks from both home and remote locations (Telecommuting). We have set up a number of our clients and multiple offices with this solution. We are also able to securely access the internal network resources and troubleshoot and resolve many small issues, which then don't require an onsite visit for a 5 minute fix, saving the client consulting expense.

We set up wireless Sonicwall routers with high 256 bit AES security to enable wireless laptop users secure data streams to and from their Networks when they are operated within the office location.  We also can setup the WiFi to allow Guests to have access only to the internet for their Laptops, Ipads, and Cell phones. We also setup Access points to extend the WiFi Coverage and can setup multiple virtual wireless Lans, giving specific access to certain network resources to a designated group of employees, such as Accounting, Managers, and etc.
